Floor Plan

The layout of the floor plans were designed with flexibility and long term use in mind. To change the building from single dwelling to two separate apartments, if need be. The overall intent was to bring the layout from closed off rooms to open concept allowing for natural ventilation and to allow light to penetrate further into the home.
